A Commitment to Technology…

Staying abreast of new advances in technology is paramount to maintaining a competitive advantage in the fragrance marketplace. The Alpine Aromatics technical department employs the most modern instrumentation available, used by fully trained, extensively experienced chemists and technicians. State-of-the-art R&D and quality control equipment includes refractometers, mass spectrometer systems, and solvent extraction equipment from top equipment manufacturers such as Mettler/Paar, Abbe Mark, Hewlett Packard, Grabner Instruments, and Dionex

.…To Ensure Quality

All of this technology is in place to ensure that our fragrances consistently meet technical standards and specifications with no variation throughout the manufacturing process. In addition, this technology is useful in developing new fragrances, analyzing competitive fragrances and for replicating fragrances, if necessary.

…And Deliver Breakthroughs

Master perfumers at Alpine are constantly searching for raw material innovations that can drive new product development and provide benefits to existing product lines. These advances are critical since groundbreaking ingredients can make the difference in fragrance development.  Alpine’s perfumers also work with a variety of product bases and fragrance ingredients to find the proper percentage for a customer’s products.  This type of extensive ingredient and finished compound testing in customer bases ensures that only the best and most cost-effective fragrances are created and selected.

QUALITY CONTROL

At the beginning of the process…

Alpine's quality control practices begin long before a fragrance is conceived.  Alpine Aromatics sets very high standards for incoming raw materials and maintains those standards by constantly monitoring the purity and quality of essences and fragrance ingredients.

…And throughout!

Once the fragrance is compounded, stringent quality control measures ensure the accuracy of the formula, its proportions and the quality of the completed perfume.  Quality control technicians perform appropriate testing to guarantee that each fragrance adheres to the original specifications designated by our research and development team.
