From Humble Beginnings… |

A Dedication to Old-Fashioned Values… |
 |
Throughout the history of Alpine Aromatics, family, leadership, and community have remained driving forces. In fact, the company has been guided by the same family for three generations, with many of the employees' parents beginning their careers at Alpine Aromatics.
Leadership is encouraged and, starting with Raoul Pantaleoni, many of the company’s perfumers have served as president of the American Society of Perfumers. In addition to leadership efforts within Alpine Aromatics, outside community involvement is encouraged. It is no surprise that positions on school boards, hospital boards, and chambers of commerce are held by members of the Alpine Aromatics family. In addition, the company supports numerous charities for children and the elderly, such as local high school activities, Little League teams, health centers and support groups for women and veterans. |

A Diverse Workplace… |
 |
Beginning with Mr. Pantaleoni’s wife Heath, who led the company after his death, and his two daughters who guide the company today as Co-Chairpersons, Alpine Aromatics has transitioned to a woman-owned business. In fact, the core management team is comprised of a majority of women who have grown with the company. In addition, the organization boasts a wealth of cultural and ethnic diversity.
Though having grown greatly in size and reputation, Alpine Aromatics has remained true to its dedication of quality, integrity, and wholesome family values. |
